RETURN & EXCHANGE

You are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully before using this Website. By using this Website you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Kindly refrain from using this Website should you not agree to all or any of them.

1. To return/exchange an item, please email us to cs.ruccimodisch@gmail.com with your full order details. We will take good care of you.

All payment not refundable on issue like change of mind or any defective items. We will do exchange item only.

We will accept returns and exchanges of items if:

1. Major Manufacturing Fault, wrong product received, wrong color received, wrong size received ( we will cover the postage fee for exchange new items, other than that customer need to pay postage fee)
    
2. We will not entertain for Minor defect (eg. small fine thread that you can cut by yourself, or unnecessary things that can be done without exchange.
    
3. All exchanges are subject to stock’s availability and please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. In the event whereby you wish to return the item(s) to our Headquarter via postage, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the customer. You can return your package using any postal service; however we ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt for safekeeping.
    

2. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange based on the condition of the item(s) and the fulfillment procedure in accordance to Section 1). Items that are going to be exchanged will be checked by our participating staff to avoid any faulty made by customer. We may request photographic support regarding faulty or incorrect item(s) before authorizing a return for exchanged. Items(s) that has any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and we will immediately return it to the customer with written consent.
 

3. Item must be exchanged within 7 days working days after customer received the parcel. After 7 days we do not received any return or exchanged request.  Items must returned in good condition—unused and unwashed, unaltered and tag is still attached. An exchange will be issued once we have received your returned items and item change subject due to availability. If the item change is out of stock, you may change to other collection.
 

4. Any exchanges may only take place one (1) time per transaction. If the value of the item(s) purchased in exchange exceeds the value of the returned item, the customer shall pay for the excess amount accordingly. In other case, should the value of the item(s) purchase in exchange is lower than the returned item; no refund in cash or in other means will be given for the balance.
 

5. Only regular priced items are exchangeable within seven (7) days from the date of delivery with the presence of original receipt and complete set of original packaging (inclusive price tag, care label, and other collateral insertions).
 

6. Kindly take note that all SALE ITEMS (discounted price) are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Strictly no refund and exchange for any type of promotional item(s) or special priced item(s) and during peak season (Eg; Raya Festival, Ramadhan).
 

7. We are not liable for any involving cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).
 

8. Please be informed that any exchange of design is not allowed by first.
 

We reserve the right at our absolute discretion and without liability to: 

• change, modify, alter, adapt, add or remove any of the terms and conditions contained herein. 
• change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of this Website. 

We reserve the right to incorporate any of the above changes and/or modifications into the Ruccimodisch Website without providing any advance notice to any of our users of this website.
